Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Gila138 platform. Continued use of our platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use Gila138's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or a permanent resident living in Malaysia.

• Not enrolled in any active self-exclusion or responsible gaming programme.
• Not registering on behalf of a third party or as a representative of any corporate entity.

Gila138 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18. Should we identify that a member registered while underage, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be returned with no bonus funds included.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) Gila138 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different details — are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes. gila138 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a member.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your gila138 account password confidential and your account secure. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact gila138 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Deposits may only be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same Gila138 member. Gila138 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be returned and the account may be investigated.

Gila138 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The withdrawal terms are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–24 business hours upon verification.
• Members must complete the identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the member's name the same.
• Bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements cannot withdrawn.
• Gila138 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

All Gila138 bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonus or incomplete wagering requirement within the specified timeframe will expire and be automatically removed from your account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Any attempt to abuse Gila138's bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim new bonuses, inconsistent wagering to meet wagering requirements, or collusion between accounts — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• All game outcomes are final once a round or game has been completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, Gila138 will determine a fair resolution based on server data.
• Gila138 uses a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fairness across all games.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is transparently displayed on that game's information page.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the gaming system is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Gila138 expects all members to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure:

• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or deceive the system.
• Submitting false information to the support team or during the identity verification process.
• Attempting any form of hacking, cyber attack, or unauthorised access to Gila138's systems.
• Posting offensive content, threats, or harassment directed at other members or gila138 staff via the live chat platform.
• Using the Gila138 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering.
